2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizing guidance is provided as a guide; fit varies between individuals.

5. Delivery

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, including your statutory right to cancel.
