Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Every order ships with tracking.

- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

- United States: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

- Canada: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

- Australia: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

- New Zealand: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

- France: 5–8 business days – Free tracked shipping

Delivery times are estimates, counted in business days from the day your order is placed, dispatch included. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or extreme weather are outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take 3–5 business days to begin updating.

Customs and import duties

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email support@bandley.co within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
