Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Every Bandley product comes with a 60-day guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.

Free size exchange

If your size isn't right, email support@bandley.co within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We send the new size free of charge and give you a prepaid label to send the original back.

Not for you? Refund

If the product isn't right for you, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Items must be returned clean and in resaleable condition. Return postage for a refund is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to this right and does not affect it. Where you cancel your whole order under this right, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email support@bandley.co with a photograph. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including all delivery costs, at no charge to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Tell us whether you want a different size or a refund.
3. We reply within one business day with the next steps.
